Basic Functionality includes Contacts & Resources, Database Modules for Controllers, Props and Costumes, Forums for ongoing discussions between designers and developers, Calendars and Production Scheduling, Staff & Volunteer Management and many more useful tools to manage the business side of your haunted attraction.  As you grow, additional modules can be installed that consist of Project Reporting and Time Line Generation, Financial Tracking and Budgeting and Fill-In Forms.  Our office is staffed with knowledgeable haunted attraction owners, developers and volunteers ready to assist you in your needs.

WHAT IS HAUNT OFFICE?
Haunt Office started as a solution to the needs of our haunted attraction.  We needed a solution for 1) storing all of our ideas, 2) communicating across miles with other team members, 3) managing an extensive list of volunteers and contacts, 4) a master calendar, 5) a place to store our documents from year to year and 6) we didn’t want to incur software upgrade costs all the time, it had to be affordable .  Above all, we needed a solution accessible from anywhere.  We did not want to be tied down to our accountant's office for the accounting software, all the contracts with volunteers were stored on our personnel manager's home computer and all of our graphics were kept on a thumbdrive by the graphics guy and so forth. 

WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
To use Haunt Office, you pay a very-affordable fee per month for hosting.  Discounts are available for paying up to a year in advance.  Your monthly fee includes maintenance and hosting of your site, software upgrades and daily or weekly backups.
Haunt Office is a Joomla Derivative and therefore highly customizable.  Our staff can design the modules that you need as you grow.  All customizing fees are on a project-by-project basis and because Joomla is an open-source CMS system, we can keep our setup/programming fees down to the level that most haunted attraction developers can afford.  We don't want you to tie up your money in administration and overhead, we want you to put your money into props and costumes where it should be.
