What is Theater In A Box?

For the past few years, we have been developing a software program for managing our theater companies.  We needed a solution for our burgeoning overhead.  Our solution had to be online-based so that everyone could access it easily, it had to be affordable, and it had to meet the standards of grant-makers for financial and management stability.

What we came up with is called Theater In A Box.  It is an online-based management system.  Our top level officers use it to track finances, our directors use it to communicate and store ideas with their production teams.  Our box office is completely managed through the system and all handbooks, guides and training materials are available to those who need them.

Now we are making Theater In A Box available to all theater companies around the world.

How Does It Work?

The easiest description is that it is a software program hosted online.  It comes standard with Calendar, Forums, FAQs, Weblink Tracking, a Contact Module and database solutions for Costumes, Equipment, etc.  There are custom modules available if your company requires them including Box Office management and Online Ticket Sales.  If you are also a web-hosting client of Theater Business Alliance, we can integrate Theater In A Box with your public website so that all data for your company is in one secure place, or you can setup a separate site.  Security is controlled by you - people only see what you want them to see.
